这时，城门前有人大声敲着门，还呱呱地大声叫了起来。

公主吓了一跳，跑出去打开门一看，原来是青蛙鼓着脸颊在呱呱叫着。

“公主大人！您忘记我们之间的约定了吗？既然和我做了约定，就一定要遵守呀！”

国王问起发生了什么事情，公主却别别扭扭地什么都说不出来。

国王瞪大眼睛，对公主说道，
“看来昨天发生了些什么事情呀？快诚实地告诉我~”

公主噘着嘴，告诉了国王昨天在莲花池遇到青蛙的事情。

认真地听完公主的话之后，国王严肃地说道，
“公主呀~即便它是一只青蛙，只要你做出了承诺，就一定要遵守啊！快去让青蛙进来~”
